SCOUT^TM (Services Cryptologic Operations Universal Toolset) is a core SIGINT capability comprised of numerous modules, which can operate in a Windows or Service Oriented Architecture.  SCOUT components can be combined to provide a uniquely scalable capability to process, analyze, and visualize SIGINT in a variety of missions and roles.

Overwatch adopts a customer focused discovery approach to address our specific clients’ SIGINT requirements and develops solutions to address and exceed their mission needs.  Overwatch provides the technical foundation for interoperability and seamless flow of information between tactical and national SIGINT systems through SCOUT’s architecture, consisting of independent but intricately linked layers, including Core Services, Applications, and the User Interface.
