Multi-Source Intelligence Product & Support Services Overview

The Multi-source Intelligence (Multi-INT) Technical Services area is responsible for the technical documentation, training and support of multi-INT products developed at Overwatch. All Technical Services personnel are subject matter experts on our products and have prior military backgrounds. The vast majority of the Technical Services personnel are retired from the various branches of the U.S. military. Each individual has a background in one or more of the Military Intelligence data collection, analysis and dissemination disciplines such as SIGINT (COMINT and ELINT), HUMINT, IMINT, MASINT, etc. Within Technical Services there is extensive knowledge on many of the All-Source and Single-Source systems used in the various military branches.
The Overwatch multi-INT documentation team consists of personnel that have an in-depth knowledge of our products as well as extensive backgrounds in the development of technical documentation such as user manuals, maintenance manuals, online help capabilities, quick reference guides and many other types of contract and customer required documentation. They also possess the capability and experience to develop Computer Based Training (CBT) tools such as Interactive Multimedia Instruction (IMI) for our products.
The cadre of trainers at Overwatch is comprised of personnel with an extensive background in military intelligence data collection, analysis and dissemination as well as training these capabilities. Many of the Overwatch trainers were military certified instructors while on active duty. All Overwatch trainers have in-depth knowledge and training experience on all Overwatch products. Our trainers have conducted a multitude of formal training classes for users, maintainers, field support personnel and government trainers. In addition, our trainers have extensive experience in providing on-site product support and informal (Over-The-Shoulder) training. Many of our trainers have deployed to OIF and OEF to support our products and our troops.
